We had the privilege of interviewing Dr. Sloboda, who is currently a professor and Associate Chair of Research in the Department of Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences at McMaster University. Dr. Sloboda shared her perspectives on finding one’s passion and navigating research related to prenatal and fetal health. We also had the opportunity to learn about her educational journey and her insights on the role and importance of interdisciplinarity in different types of research and education.
